Through the project inquiry form, we may receive your name, work email, company or brand name, selected service, estimated budget, preferred start time and project description.

For security, we process basic request information, including an IP address, to limit automated submissions and abuse. The website also stores your functional language preference in a cookie for up to one year.

We use inquiry information only to assess your request, respond to your message and, when requested, prepare next steps before a possible contract.

We use technical information for our legitimate interest in protecting the website, form and communications from fraud, spam and other abuse. We do not use inquiry information for newsletters or promotional messages without separate permission.

FormSubmit processes form information to forward it to the KAIVERA email address. Vercel provides hosting, content delivery and security infrastructure. Email and infrastructure providers may process information in other countries under their own terms and applicable safeguards.

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose it only when necessary to provide the services described above, protect rights and security or comply with a legal obligation.

We normally keep project inquiries for no longer than 12 months after the last communication, unless a business relationship begins, a legal obligation applies or the information is needed to resolve a dispute. In-app rate-limit records expire approximately ten minutes after a request.

FormSubmit states that active submissions are forwarded to the selected email address and are not stored permanently. Copies may remain in the receiving email system until we delete them according to the period described above.

Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may request access, correction or deletion, ask us to restrict processing or object to processing. Contact info@kaivera.agency to exercise these rights. We may request reasonable identity verification before completing a request.

We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect information, including HTTPS, origin checks, input validation, automated-submission protection and request rate limiting. No transmission or storage method can be completely secure.
